Abstract

|
The child care that is being carried out by the Ministry of Woman and Family is acting as the subject of care in the public sphere. The working environment of these care workers determines the quality of care work, which is closely related to the development and life of infants. Among them, the child care worker of Ministery of Woman and Family is the main care worker in the home on public sector. Therefore, this study aims to explore the labor status of child care workers through the analysis of contents of Labor Law, Labor Standards Act and other legal system related to social security. In particular, we will discuss the working environment of workers based on their right to receive social security through their definition. Research methods use qualitative content analysis methods. This study is expected to contribute to the improvement of the quality of child care, ultimately improving the treatment of care workers through discussing the worker 's identity.
